What is Base?

Base is the new name of BaseLinker, a Polish-origin all-in-one e-commerce management system that, according to its own website, is used by more than 30,000 companies worldwide. The platform bundles order management (OMS), product management (PIM), warehouse management (WMS), shipping management, workflow automation, repricing, analytics and the B2B module Base Connect into a single subscription, with over 2,000 integrations: hundreds of marketplaces (including Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Kaufland and Bol), 90+ webshop platforms and 380+ carriers.

Base grew up in Poland and Central Europe, with a particularly strong position among Allegro sellers, and has been expanding internationally since. According to base.com, its pricing consists of a free entry tier up to a limited number of orders per month, a subscription above that with a fixed base fee plus a per-order fee beyond the monthly bundle, and custom pricing for large volumes. There is no limit on the number of users.

Where Base shines

Credit where it is due: the breadth of Base is impressive. If you want one tool that ships with its own warehouse module, shipping labels for hundreds of carriers, invoicing and workflow automation on top of marketplace connections, Base packs a lot of functionality into a single subscription. If you sell on Allegro or focus on Poland and Central Europe, you benefit from years of experience in exactly that market. And because Amazon is part of the channel line-up, Base is also an option when Amazon is an important channel for you — StoreLinkr's Amazon integration is still in beta.

Where StoreLinkr makes the difference

StoreLinkr tackles the problem at the source: your assortment. Where Base assumes you largely build and maintain your catalogue yourself in its PIM, StoreLinkr builds your assortment from your wholesalers and suppliers. Ready-made integrations with Kruitbosch, Wilmar, Van der Meer, Everspring and Shots, among others, import products, stock levels and purchase prices automatically. Your POS system (CycleSoftware), PIM (Skwirrel) or WMS (Picqer, Stockhub) connects directly too. Dropshipping orders are forwarded to your supplier automatically, including a track & trace loop back to your customer and the marketplace.

That purchasing data immediately powers your prices: the repricer lets sales prices follow your supplier's purchase prices automatically, so your margin stays protected — with separate price lists per sales channel. AI enrichment turns bare supplier data into sales-ready titles and copy for your store on WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify or SitePack and for European marketplaces such as Bol, Kaufland, eBay, Allegro and Books in Belgium. Inventory forecasting and purchase advice tell you when to reorder, and oversell protection prevents double sales.

On the practical side: StoreLinkr charges a fixed, public monthly price based on your order volume (from €69), always with unlimited products and SKUs — no revenue fee. And you start with personal onboarding in Dutch, German or English, no technical knowledge required.

Which platform is right for you?

Looking for one broad suite with its own WMS, shipping labels and invoicing, selling heavily on Allegro or Amazon, or focused on Poland and Central Europe? Then Base is a serious candidate. Are you a retailer or web store in the Benelux or DACH region that buys from wholesalers, runs a store on WooCommerce, Shopify or SitePack and wants to sell on European marketplaces — with prices that automatically follow your purchase prices, a fixed monthly fee and personal onboarding in your own language? Then StoreLinkr was built for you. Try it yourself or book a demo; your integration is typically live within minutes.

Trusted by fast-growing brands to power millions in marketplace revenue.

We've had a Storelinkr integration between our POS and inventory system for a few weeks now. What used to take months to put an annual catalog online in one webshop now only takes a few weeks. After installing the plugin, the response to minor changes, bugs, or issues has always been very quick and helpful. As a result, the system is constantly improving, getting faster, and smarter. I'm extremely satisfied!

Works perfectly, saves time and a lot of hassle. Highly recommended! Good job guys!

That depends on your order volume — both platforms price based on your monthly orders. According to its own website, Base offers a free entry tier and, above that, a subscription with a base fee plus a per-order fee beyond the monthly bundle. StoreLinkr's Amazon integration is currently in beta and available on request — contact our team for early access. Beyond that, StoreLinkr focuses on European marketplaces such as Bol, Kaufland, eBay, Allegro and Books in Belgium. If your business already runs entirely on Amazon today, a platform like Base may be a better fit.

Yes. You connect your store (WooCommerce, Shopify or SitePack), your suppliers and, if applicable, your POS or WMS to StoreLinkr, after which products, stock and purchase prices are imported automatically. Our team personally guides your migration — in Dutch, German or English — so your sales channels keep running without interruption.

For sellers who want one broad all-in-one suite with its own WMS, shipping labels for hundreds of carriers and invoicing, for those selling heavily on Allegro or Amazon, or for whom Poland and Central Europe are the core market. For retailers in the Benelux and DACH region who buy from wholesalers and sell through their own store plus European marketplaces — with personal onboarding and a fixed monthly fee — StoreLinkr is usually the better match.
