Orders flow automatically from channel to warehouse

StoreLinkr automates communication between your sales channels and your fulfillment partner. Orders from all your marketplaces and your webshop on WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, or SitePack are forwarded immediately to your warehouse or WMS, such as Picqer or Stockhub. There, the order simply joins your existing picking process, as if it were a regular webshop order. Routing rules let you decide which orders go to which warehouse or partner.

As soon as the parcel is registered with the carrier, StoreLinkr closes the loop: the track and trace code is automatically reported back to the sales channel and on to the customer. This minimizes the risk of errors, shortens lead times, and delivers a transparent post-purchase experience that strengthens customer loyalty. Status changes and cancellations are synchronized automatically between all systems as well.

Inventory and accounting stay in step

Because orders and inventory run through the same platform, every shipped order is immediately reflected in your stock levels across all channels. And through the integrations with accounting packages such as Exact Online and Jortt, your order administration flows automatically into your financial records, with no manual rekeying.
