What is the Brico marketplace?

Brico and Brico Plan-it are Belgian DIY stores owned by Maxeda DIY Group. Since 2023, Brico and Praxis run a shared marketplace on Mirakl, where third-party sellers extend the range in DIY, garden and home.

Who is Brico a good fit for?

The marketplace suits sellers of tools, building materials, garden products, lighting, bathroom fittings and home accessories who want to reach Belgian customers.

Who can sell on Brico?

Maxeda selects its sales partners personally and asks for a professional DIY or garden supplier with marketplace experience; it does not say whether resellers qualify, so apply to find out.

The marketplace decides on every application itself. Conditions can change, so check them with Brico before you apply.

How to connect Brico to StoreLinkr

You apply as a seller with Brico. Sellers list on Brico and Praxis together. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

Brico runs on Mirakl. In StoreLinkr you connect a marketplace, choose Mirakl and then Brico. StoreLinkr offers your products by EAN on the Brico catalog, accepts new orders automatically and sends the tracking code back once you ship.

Combine Brico with other marketplaces

Your stock stays central in StoreLinkr. If you also sell on other Mirakl marketplaces, bol or Kaufland next to Brico, every sale is reflected on all channels right away. That prevents overselling.

Yes, with StoreLinkr you can create specific product selections for each Brico. For example, you can send one selection of your assortment to Brico and another selection to another channel.

Yes, StoreLinkr continuously monitors your stock. When a sale occurs on your webshop or Brico, the stock is immediately updated on all linked channels to prevent overselling.

Certainly. With StoreLinkr, you can set price rules per channel. This allows you to, for example, charge a surcharge to compensate for the commission of Brico, or set specific discounts.

For each product StoreLinkr sends the EAN, your SKU, the price, any promotional price and the stock. Titles, descriptions and images come from the marketplace catalog itself.
