3. What personal data do we process?
We process personal data of users and of webshop owners who make use of our software. This may include, among other things:

- Account and login details

- Payment and billing details
- Order and customer data from linked webshops and other sales channels
- IP address and technical log data
- Data about use of our application

5. Retention periods
In accordance with the GDPR and other relevant legislation, storelinkr stores personal data no longer than is necessary for the realization of the purposes for which they are collected or processed, unless storelinkr is obliged to do so on the basis of a legal provision. The personal data are stored as long as a user has an agreement with us. After termination of the agreement, the personal data are deleted or anonymized, unless a legal retention obligation requires otherwise.
6. Sharing of personal data with third parties
Storelinkr does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Personal data can be shared with external processors or systems that are configured and linked to our software by the user themselves. This concerns, among other things:
- Logistics systems
- Inventory and order management software
- Administration and reporting tools
Examples of such systems are Picqer, CycleSoftware, Wilmar and comparable external packages. This ecosystem is dynamic and can be expanded over time based on choices of the user.
Appropriate processing agreements are concluded with all processors or equivalent contractual safeguards apply.
7. Cookies and similar techniques
Storelinkr makes use of functional and analytical cookies to let the website and application function correctly and to improve them. For analytical and marketing cookies, where legally required, prior consent is requested via a cookie banner.
Storelinkr uses remarketing services to advertise on websites of third parties after you have visited our Website. 8. Transfer of personal data outside the EU
If personal data are processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses that have been approved by the European Commission.

Personal data are stored extra securely, appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the data. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy or security measures of any other organization.
