3. What personal data do we process?

We process personal data of users and webshop owners who use our software. This may include, among other things:

  • Name and address details
  • Email address
  • Account and login details
  • IP address, browser type and operating system
  • Company and location details
  • Payment and billing details
  • Order and customer data from linked webshops and other sales channels
  • IP address and technical log data
  • Data about the use of our application

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining our services
  • Linking, synchronizing and exporting webshop data
  • Reports and analyses for webshop owners
  • Customer service and support
  • Administration and billing
  • Improvement and security of our systems
  • Marketing purposes

5. Retention periods

In accordance with the GDPR and other relevant legislation, Storelinkr does not store personal data longer than necessary for the realization of the purposes for which they are collected or processed, unless Storelinkr is obliged to do so based on a legal provision.

Personal data is stored as long as a user has an agreement with us. After termination of the agreement, personal data is deleted or anonymized, unless a legal retention obligation requires otherwise.

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

Storelinkr does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with external processors or systems that are configured and linked to our software by the user themselves, such as:

  • Logistics systems
  • Inventory and order management software (e.g., Picqer, CycleSoftware, Wilmar)
  • Administration and reporting tools

Appropriate processing agreements are concluded with all processors or equivalent contractual safeguards apply.

7. Cookies and similar techniques

Storelinkr uses functional and analytical cookies. For analytical and marketing cookies, prior consent is requested where legally required. We use the following remarketing services:

  • Google
  • Meta

8. Transfer of personal data outside the EU

If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Security of personal data

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Personal data is stored with extra security, appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the data.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, you can contact us via support@storelinkr.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

12. Data breaches

In the event of a data breach, we act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If required, we report this within 72 hours after discovery to the Data Protection Authority and, where necessary, to the data subjects.
